Αποκατάσταση οικίας στο Βουνό

It is a 17th-century stone building with a residence on the first floor and warehouses on the ground floor. The project aims at the transformation of the building into a guesthouse of 5 independent small apartments with communal spaces. Most of the masonry load bearing structure was revealed. In each of the apartments, each of different size and features, there is a dialogue between the old and the new, not only for the structure but also for the equipment. Πρόκειται για λίθινο κτίσμα του 17ου αιώνα με χρήση κατοικίας στον όροφο και αποθηκών στο ισόγειο. Στο παρόν project μελετήθηκε η μετατροπή του σε ξενώνα 5 ανεξάρτητων μικρών διαμερισμάτων με κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Ο φέρων οργανισμός αποκαλύφθηκε και αρμολογήθηκε στο μεγαλύτερο μέρος του. Σε καθένα από τα διαμερίσματα, το καθένα διαφορετικού μεγέθους και χαρακτηριστικών, επιχειρήθηκε ένας διάλογος ανάμεσα στο παλιό και στο νέο τόσο κτηριακά όσο και στον εξοπλισμό.
